Plain-English summary
  • We design motionoptima.com to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
  • We aim to comply with the ADA Title III and Section 508.
  • If something blocks you from using the site, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 2 business days.

1. Our commitment

MotionOptima is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We believe an accessible site is a better site for everyone — including people using assistive technology, people on low-bandwidth connections, and people accessing the site in difficult conditions.

2. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

motionoptima.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform; we are tracking and remediating these as we identify them.

We also align with:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — Title III public accommodation principles.
  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as updated in 2017.
  • EN 301 549 for European public-sector procurement, where applicable.

3. What we've built in

Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable with the keyboard. Visible focus indicators on every focusable element.
Skip links
"Skip to main content" links so screen-reader and keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
Semantic HTML & ARIA
Proper landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), heading order, labels, and ARIA attributes where they add value.
Color contrast
Body text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (≥ 4.5:1 for body text, ≥ 3:1 for large text and UI).
Resizable text
Content remains readable up to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling on desktop, and reflows on mobile.
Reduced motion
We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting and disable non-essential animations when requested.
Forms & errors
Visible labels, required-field indicators, descriptive errors, and programmatic association between fields and messages.
Alt text & captions
Meaningful alternative text for images. Decorative images use empty alt. Video tutorials include captions and transcripts.
High contrast support
Layouts adapt to prefers-contrast: more with thicker borders and stronger underlines.

4. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with:

  • The latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile.
  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
  • Keyboard-only navigation, switch devices, voice control, and magnification software.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, you may encounter limitations. The areas we are actively improving:

  • Some older PDF resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers — we are migrating these to HTML.
  • Embedded third-party tools (e.g., a third-party scheduler) may not meet our accessibility standards. We will offer an accessible alternative on request.
  • Some user-generated content (e.g., images uploaded by your team) may not have alt text. The dashboard prompts your team to add it.

6. Assessment approach

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of:

  • Automated scanning (axe-core, Lighthouse, and pa11y) on every release.
  • Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing on critical flows (sign-up, billing, lead inbox, campaign creation).
  • Periodic third-party audits against WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Feedback from users — see Section 7.

7. Report a barrier or request help

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on motionoptima.com, please tell us. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix the issue or provide an accessible alternative as quickly as possible.

8. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (under the ADA) or your state's equivalent agency. We hope you'll contact us first so we can make it right.

9. Date and updates

This statement was prepared and last reviewed on the "Last updated" date shown at the top. We review this statement at least annually and after every major release.
